I want to sent represented just below message concerning my own
Artificial Intelligence conception and results of AI practical realization as I
did it this week already for Microsoft, AMD, IBM, NASA
and some other companies. How this is possible for interested leaders in INTEL?
For example, manager from University of NM connected me to George
Luger - on of leading AI specialists in NM region.
Right now this is only informational message, but I'll be happy if my
scientific results can help INTEL speed-up IT-progress.
It is necessary to mention here that the main spheres of application for
my AI-conception are following: space investigations and military
purposes (distributed systems of Artificial Intelligence which are basing
upon agent-oriented way of doing) and business (business plans for
investment projects [re]calculating in fuzzy and some other data). As real
practical result, intellectual computer program Partnership System ZORAN is
available (but only in Russian).

interesting to know more of up-to-date AI-investigations and

There is only single reason, which forced me to write and sent this
message now - to attract Your attention from my side to AI-problematic
and possibilities to put new achievements into practice.
In December 2003, I finished first step of my great work in creating of new AI-conception and decided to distribute information of it throughout the world. I'll be really happy if my information is useful for INTEL, and INTEL can use it for subsequent IT-progress.
It is necessary to mention here that the main spheres of application for
my AI-conception are following: space investigations and military
purposes (distributed systems of Artificial Intelligence which are basing
upon agent-oriented way of doing) and business (business plans for
investment projects [re]calculating in fuzzy and some other data). As real
practical result, intellectual computer program Partnership System ZORAN is
available (but only in Russian).
My basic theoretical method:

Right now, I have a some interruption in my scientific work, because I'm creating for me from January 2004 the most comfortable environment for subsequent life and work. I think that world is to know and use my conceptions, ideas and practical results in the most important sphere of Artificial Intelligence.

If You are looking for new knowledge for subsequent IT-progress. It is excellently! Here You'll get information about new conception of artificial intelligence, new conception of informational generalizations, which I created during moreover than 20 last years, and also about some other Know-How; about main theoretical theses, classifications, methods and principles, which were put into basis of intellectual computer program Partnership System ZORAN. And also:
1. You'll know about the fact, that any computer program, which is able to process concrete data for calculation and analysis of a FUTURE (data from agents-objects, business-plans, estimates of expenditures, investment, commercial, budgetary, fiscal, philanthropic projects etc. etc. etc.), can never get over limit of possibilities for exact calculations. I came across this limit in 1993 year, when processed my first business-plan.
2. You'll become acquainted with new data classification, which I was forced to create to get over mentioned calculation limit, and which, besides usual, concrete or exact data, includes in itself some more a round eight outstandard data types. Some from these data can be processed by a very limited number of ultra-modern computer programs, but the whole data multitude can be processed by means of intellectual computer program Partnership System ZORAN only. It is necessary to mention the fact additionally, that a part of new data classification is used also to get over another calculation limitation (limit), but this time for expert systems already.
3. Many dozens of graphs will demonstrate You incomplete list of situations, which are never considered during data processing by means of usual computer programs, because such situations are out of calculation possibilities borders of classic software (mentioned limitation or limit!). Therefore, it is impossible usually to evaluate correctly reliability and adequacy of received results.
4. You'll know some more thing, that classic expert systems also have limit of calculating possibilities, which can not be got over on principle, just as usual computer programs can not get over on principle limit of possibilities for exact calculations. And mentioned limit for expert systems is possibility to process noncontradictory input and output data absolutely.
5. You'll become acquainted with new classification of paradoxes (ten variants), which I was forced to create to get over calculation limit for classic expert systems.

You'll can study also registry consisting of ten intellectual possibilities,
realized in Partnership System ZORAN.
7. At last, register consisting of eleven Know-How, shows the level of fundamental investigations, which I was forced to carry out before the practical realization of received results in the way of real intellectual computer program - Partnership System ZORAN.
Thus, the basic thing from all above stated is ought to be pick out: Partnership System ZORAN is basing upon realization of intellectual possibilities, new conceptions of artificial intelligence and informational generalizations and representing itself expert system of new type consisting, in that number, of few classic expert subsystems using production model of knowledge representation. Theoretical model, which was put into basis of mentioned intellectual Partnership System ZORAN, is so absolute, that its practical realization makes it possible to get over in many cases calculation limits for computer programs (limit of possibilities for exact calculations) and expert systems (calculation limit - limit of possibilities for classic expert systems).
It is desirable here to pay some
attention to the thing moreover, that mentioned above limits are basing upon
fundamental limitations of our universe. It is impossible to get over these
ones on principle. But! It is quite possible to avoid. That was done really.
And first my step was refusal (when it is possible!) from formal-logical
approach (way of thinking and doing) - instead it, if there is such existing
possibility, I'm using substantial-evolutionary methods. Indeed, how it is
possible to make formal-logical approach to be absolute thing, if there are so
many limiting (restrictive) theorems (theorem about incompleteness of
arithmetic, theorem about modeling impossibility of intellectual activity at a
probability level, Fuzzy Approximation Theorem etc.)! And what about generally
ALGORITHMICALLY INSOLUBLE problems? And what about already considered
calculation limits? There are a number of other calculation limits really. So,
for example, the first intellectual forecasting system ''Business-Prognosis'',
in creating of which I took active part, was based absolutely upon system of
symbolical transformations of mathematical formulas. But the main defect of
such system is necessity of TOTAL EXAMINATION OF ALL POSSIBLE VARIANTS. If
there are 32 INDEPENDENT events, for instance, then it is necessary to examine
4294967296 variants. Etc. Besides, it is possible very easy to get entangled in
all existing conditions-dependencies. This is another calculation limit. Well,
and if there is no common decision at all? And how it is possible to combine
symbolical transformations of mathematical formulas with paradoxicality
(''Business-Prognosis'')? And how it is possible to combine incompletely
definite calculations with paradoxicality (''Unicalc'', ''FinPlan'')? There is
only the single way of operating - total refusal from symbolical
transformations in the evident way of doing. Indeed, we are not creating
evident mathematical formulas in our minds during calculations! And very often
received results in this case are approximate only! Therefore, as to me, I'm
using for Partnership System ZORAN data processing one of my calculation
Know-How - author's methods of automated creating of mathematical formulas in
nonevident way. To some extent this looks like numerical methods of systems of
equations calculating in classical mathematics. And this is another difference
of Partnership System ZORAN from all other computer programs.
Besides, at last, how one can create
artificial reason, intellect, mind, absolutely forgetting about a body -
material basis of this reason? What kind of ideal intellect they are desiring
to create during last 50 years already?..
In short, without serious theoretical investigations doing system of artificial intelligence can not be created in principle! It is impossible!
Many years must be spent to work out
theory, and then test it by practical experience. I did it during 20 years. The
best years of my life! Get acquaintance with my site - and You'll understand
everything. And received results are wonderful. Therefore I'm declaring: system
of artificial intelligence one can create, basing upon either my own
FUNDAMENTAL CONCEPTIONS or some others, but, undoubtedly, ANALOGOUS. Only in
this way!
I'm reminding again, that Partnership System ZORAN is basing, first of all, upon two my author's FUNDAMENTAL CONCEPTIONS: artificial intelligence conception and conception of informational generalizations. I wish my works were used by modern society!
